Service, Calibration and Support
EMC Test Design, LLC sees the service and support of our products as our major priority. We not only sell you the best probe for the money but we will also offer you the best service for the money!
We service and calibrate all our products in our EMC test laboratory which has calibrated standards traceable to NIST and/or UK NPL.
We recommend a periodical calibration of Smart Fieldmeter®, Smart Fieldmeter® Digital and Omnifield Antenna® products once a year.
With introduction of the Field Gauge verification instrument (for Smart Fieldmeter®, Smart Fieldmeter® Digital meters with broadband probes) this term may be increased to two years.

Calibration Details:
All calibration tests are perormed in EMC Test Design, LLC test lab and are based on transferable field measuring probes and antennas traceable to United Kingdom National Physical Laboratory (UK NPL).
Probe PI-01/PI-01LF
1) Meter/Probe Linearity 0.2-600 V/m @100 MHz/72.5 MHz,
2) Probe Frequency Correction Factors at 8-12 specified frequencies in the frequency range 50 KHz-3 GHz.
3) Probe Rotational isotropicity at 100 MHz & 1900 MHz (@10 V/m).
Probe PI-01E
1) Meter/Probe Linearity 0.2-600 V/m @100 MHz/72.5 MHz,
2) Probe Frequency Correction Factors at 12 specified frequencies in the frequency range 100 KHz-6 GHz.
3) Probe Rotational isotropicity at 100 MHz & 1900 MHz (@10 V/m).
Probe PI-SH-FCC(ICNIRP)
1) Meter/Probe Linearity 0.5-2000% of STD @72.5 MHz,

Notes:
1) At request of the customer we may add an additional testing if possible.
2) All probes with RFP-05/RFP-05M meters are accompanied by memory card with linearity factors (for remote meter programming, if necessary).
Warranty
- All our products are covered by full (labor and parts) 1 (one) year warranty.
- You also have the right to evaluate the purchaced products within 14 days after receiving them and if not satisfied for any reason – get either replacement or refund. Please, see the Users Manual or contact us for details.
